Full-sized fragrances purchased directly from Maison Aeldor may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided the bottle has been used minimally (no more than 1ml) and remains in its original packaging.
Samples and discovery sizes are final sale.
Products purchased during promotional periods, discounted offers, or through unauthorized sellers are not eligible for return.
Refunds are issued via bank transfer or store credit once the returned item has been received and inspected. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
